In accordance with Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, you have 14 days to freely withdraw from the contract, without needing to state any reason.

The period starts from the day of receipt of the goods. In the case of several goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, the period starts from the day of receipt of the last good.

1. Communicate your decision to geral@vivacosmetica.pt via an unequivocal statement, within 14 days after receipt.
2. Return the products within a maximum of 14 days after communicating the withdrawal.
3. The return costs are at your expense, unless otherwise provided by law.
4. You will receive a refund within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or proof of their dispatch, using the same payment method used in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Returned products must cumulatively meet the following requirements:

• Be in perfect condition
• Contain the original packaging
• Not show signs of use incompatible with mere product verification

In accordance with article 17 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, the right of free withdrawal cannot be exercised, namely, in the following cases:

• Supply of sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, when unsealed after delivery
• Supply of goods which, after delivery and by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items
• Supply of personalized products
• Supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, when the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of losing the right of free withdrawal

All marketed products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Decree-Law no. 84/2021, of October 18.
